To: me

Hi — quick update on the roadmap. We moved the beta to Aug 14 and GA to Sep 5. The Linear epic lands by EOD today.

Design is finalizing the onboarding flow this week, and the mobile team kicks off the TestFlight build on Monday. Marketing wants the launch brief by the 24th so they can line up the announcement post and the changelog email.

Two things I’d like your eyes on: the offline-drafts scope (still feels risky for GA) and whether we hold the calendar sharing beta behind a flag for the first two weeks. If we cut anything, I’d rather decide now than the week before GA.

Can you confirm the mobile launch scope before Friday’s review? 30 minutes on Thursday works if it’s easier to talk it through.

Thanks!
— Sarah
