Introduction
History
- ๐ Origin: Originally built to serve as the home to the Peshwa of Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah, Mir Momen.
- ๐๏ธ Acquisition: Taken over by the second Nizam, Mir Nizam Ali Khan, in 1717.
- ๐ Residence: Sikander Jah, Asaf Jah III, lived here before moving to Chowmahalla Palace.
- ๐ Additions: Ayina Khaana (Mirror House) and Chini Khaana (Chinese Glass House) were constructed within the complex.
- ๐ถ Birthplace: The sixth and seventh Nizams were born here and spent part of their lives in this palace.
