- For security reasons, Genspark support cannot access or directly change your password
- All password resets must be done through the self-service "Forgot Password" system
- This is the only way to change your password

- If you created your account using Google Sign-In, you cannot set a separate password
- Each time you log in, continue using "Sign in with Google" to access your account
- This is a platform limitation for security and authentication purposes
Q: Where can I find my past projects?
There are two ways to find your past projects:
Method 1: Using the Task List
- Click the menu icon (two horizontal lines) in the top-left corner of the homepage or any Genspark project page
- Search for your past projects using relevant keywords
Method 2: Through Your Account
- Click the profile icon in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
- Click on your account name/email to enter your account page
- Select "History" to view all your past projects sorted by last update time
- Alternatively, directly visit https://www.genspark.ai/me and select "History"
Q: How do I delete my account?
Step-by-step process:
- Click Settings in the bottom left corner of the main page
- Find the "Delete User" option and click it
- Confirm deletion in the popup dialog and email
Account deletion is PERMANENT and IRREVERSIBLE! Once you confirm "Delete User", all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
This includes:
- All conversation history
- Generated content (images, videos, text)
- Personal settings and preferences
- Unused credits
- Custom configurations
- Saved files and projects
How to verify deletion:
If you cannot log in with your email address after deletion, your account has been successfully removed from the system.
Q: What should I do if I notice suspicious account activity?
If you notice unusual account activity:
- Immediately reset your password using the "Forgot Password" option
- Log out from all devices if possible
- Submit a ticket to contact support
- Review recent activity: check for conversations or content you didn't create
Signs of suspicious activity:
