Connectors & Integrations

Connectors let Genspark work directly with the apps and services you already use so Genspark can read from and act on your accounts without you copying data back and forth. Connect a service once from the Connectors tab in Skills, and any Genspark product with connector support picks it up automatically.

Getting Started

  1. Open the Connectors tab. In Skills, navigate to the Connectors tab.

  2. Find and connect a service. Search or browse for the service, select it, and complete its sign-in or setup.

  3. Use it. Ask Genspark to work with that service — for example, "Summarize my unread Gmail" or "Find open deals in Salesforce."

You'll know a connector is set up when it shows as Connected in the Connectors tab.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

Why can't I find a connector I expected to see?

The connector may be in early access or restricted by your organization's settings. Administrators can limit which connectors are available to members.

Why do I see more than one HubSpot card in the Connectors panel?

HubSpot has multiple connection methods available. If you're connecting as an individual user, choose the OAuth card — sign in through HubSpot's login screen.

Do I need a paid subscription for any connector?

Most connectors work with a standard account for that service. Some services may require a paid plan on their own side — check the service's documentation if a connection is limited.

What should I gather before contacting support?

  • The connector name and category

  • The exact error message shown during connection

  • Whether you're using OAuth or a personal access token

  • Your Genspark plan tier
