FAQ

Q: Is there a fee for using Call for Me?

Each call costs a fixed 500 credits for real-time voice model usage. Additional credits are consumed for analyzing call tasks and generating summaries, charged consistently with text model pricing. Your mobile phone bill will not be charged.

Q: Can I choose a female or male voice for the call?

Yes. Call for Me includes 4 female voices (Alina, Sophia, Ruby, Willow) and 4 male voices (Finn, Ryan, Mason, Leo), and the default is a female voice (Alina). Find Call For Me in the agent list and click its gear icon to switch voices and preview each one. See Choosing a Voice.

Q: Will the recipient know who's calling on my behalf?

Yes. The AI will identify itself at the beginning of the call, for example: "Hello, I'm XX's AI assistant." The number the recipient sees may be a virtual number or your actual number. If you verified your number via voice call (not SMS) during registration, and the recipient's phone network supports caller ID replacement, your registered number will be displayed. Otherwise, a virtual number will be shown.

Q: What happens if the recipient doesn't answer?

The system will indicate the call was unsuccessful, and you can choose to redial or use an alternative contact method.

Q: Are calls recorded?

Call content is converted into text transcripts for your review. The system also provides the original audio recording for playback.

Q: Can I cancel an ongoing call?

Yes. Before the call connects, you can cancel the call request in the Task List or History. If the call has already connected, it's recommended to let the AI complete the conversation naturally.
